Bastia del Sole is situated on a hillside just 3 kms from the medieval village of Anghiari, with wonderful views over the Upper Tiber Valley. The house is a classic Tuscan farmhouse constructed of stone and terracotta, originally dating from 1400 when it was documented as an abbey of the 'Frate Camaldolesi'. The house has been restored with great care maintaing its original features, while adding modern comforts

The ground floor self contained apartment of this Tuscan farmhouse including kitchen with double bedroom and sofa bed is offered for rent. The accommodation offers Lounge with 15th century arches, television and stereo.

A 12x4 metre swimming pool surrounded by garden and olive trees with 1 hectare of pasture land, orchard and vegetable garden. Equipped with comfortable seating for relaxing and reading whilst admiring the scenery and beautiful views.

 

The owners have a very well behaved golden retriever dog on site, which lives seperately in the owners house.

Booking Deposit: In order to secure your booking, there is a booking deposit of 30% of the rental fee. The remainder is to be paid on arrival.

Security Deposit: There is a security deposit for breakages etc of €200 (Euros) for the apartment which is payable on arrival.
